Common traps

Legacy SKUs (Standard, Pro, Pro Plus, Enterprise, Enterprise Plus) reached end of sale on 1 Jul 2026, so renewals move to the new tiers.
AI is no longer a line you can leave out: it ships inside the tier and its usage is metered.
The assist pool is tenant-wide, so sub-production instances, testing and scheduled jobs draw from the same allocation.
Background automation (Virtual Agent fallback, auto-summaries on case open) consumes assists with no human in the loop.
Poor CMDB and knowledge quality drive retries and repeated lookups, which cost more assists.
Advisory estimates (e.g. Redress Compliance's $550 per fulfiller year-one model) are deal models, not a price list.
